More Juice Out of Life

Wow, I think I'm addicted to juice!

I recently started a couple of new habits. Eating breakfast every morning (or when I wake up, which is morning for me, and probably everyone in Japan too) and making juice to complement said breakfast.

After fishing the juicer out of its box on the top corner of a storage shelf and reading the instructions (ugg) I pretty much have the mechanics of this sucker mastered ---which allows me to focus on the good stuff--- my most favoritist juice recipe.

They say it's even healthy, but I'd probably drink it regardless. It's just that good.

Here it is:
  • 2 Apples
  • 2-4 Carrots
  • Half of a lime, unpeeled
  • A piece of ginger about the size of your thumb from the tip to the first joint
If the stuff isn't organic, be sure to clean it. Chop it up a little, to fit in the chute, the night before and stash it all in the fridge and you're ready to roll in the morning (plus the juice is cold.) Amazingly energizing!
